Sugar Factory

Got a sugar rush? Looking for something sweet? I definitely suggest you experience Sugar Factory, down in the Meatpacking District. I kept hearing about this place and when I saw their gigantic goblets of pure alcohol and candy, I told myself that Sugar Factory was high on my Summer “To Do” list. Walking into the restaurant I felt like I was in a candy store, like the candy store in the movie “Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory” but this store was for adults. It was perfect! I had the Mai Tai goblet, it is composed of orange juice, pineapple juice and a mixture of rum, it was really good. I also had the shrimp alfredo, it was excellent.

unnamed (1)Sugar Factory is a cute spot for everyone. There were couples, families, and girls just out for the night. What I enjoyed most about Sugar Factory is it is totally unlike any other restaurant that I’ve ever been to. Who would of thought that putting candy in a drink would be such a hit?

Sugar Factory has recently moved and I have to say the new location is gorgeous. Here’s a sneak peak:

Have you been to the new @thesugarfactory location in the Meatpacking District? If you haven't, you should! (Link in bio)

I had an amazing time at the Sugar factory! It even exceeded my expectations. We were all greatly surprised when the restaurant shut all of the lights off to bring attention to the beautiful (Huge) King Kong Sundae with sparklers in it that was more than enough for the 6 of us to share. Pam did an excellent job planning this event and we were treated like VIP. Thanks for the invite!
