My 5 Favorite Rooftops in NYC!

It’s officially summer time! The time we’ve all been waiting for. I kicked off my first day of summer by rooftop hopping in the meatpacking district. What better way to soak in the sun than on a rooftop with friends and drinks. Follow my rooftop hopping experience on my snapchat at simplypamarie

1. STK Rooftop

STK Rooftop is my idea of the perfect location if you’d like to gather a few friends, enjoy the sunset on the Hudson River and be located right above STK Downtown. I instantly loved the ambiance which has a splash of color and is fun and refreshing. Also, try their sangria, it’s the perfect drink to add to your experience.

2. Le Bain

Le Bain is a penthouse and rooftop located in the Standard Hotel. The penthouse has a full bar, and a plunge pool with a dance floor. The rooftop is “grass covered” and has a crepe restaurant. It’s pretty much a location that is an all in one. Pool, drinks, DJ and an amazing view of the city. Honestly, what more could you ask for?

3. Loopy Doopy

Loopy Doopy Rooftop Bar is located at the Conrad Hotel. This rooftop is small and intimate. It’s great for an after work drink when you want to just kick back and chill while taking in a view of the city. Their famous drink is Prosecco and Ice Pops served in a large wine glass for $19. It’s absolutely delicious!

4. Penthouse at Dream Downtown

Think music, good vibes and a good time when you visit PH-D Lounge at Dream Downtown. I enjoy Dream because they have a high end clientele and they provide a high end experience. By the way, they also have a pool called the Beach at Dream Downtown. I always love a location with a two for one.

5. 230 Fifth Rooftop Bar

230 Fifth Rooftop has one penthouse floor great for a party and they also have an outdoor rooftop garden. The garden area is my favorite. It has an amazing view of the Empire State building and on colder days, they supply their guests with a cozy red robe. This is one of those places you can’t really explain, you would have to go to really see for yourself.

The penthouse had a great mixture of hip-hop and techno music! If you enjoy running into random actors and singers, this is the place to be! Getting a nice table was no problem thanks to Pam! What an amazing night!
